Un viaggio attraverso il mondo del rock underground nella provincia italiana. Seguendo tre gruppi musicali friulani nella loro ricerca del successo, il regista Massimo Garlatti-Costa scopre una realtà fatta di passioni, di sogni e sopratutto di inesauribili speranze.
Il documentario si sposta a Londra per incontrare band emergenti e scoprire un’altra realtà, e prosegue al MEI, Meeting delle etichette indipendenti di Faenza, dove musicisti affermati ed esperti del settore parlano della loro esperienza.
Dopo un anno, il viaggio si conclude di nuovo in Friuli: ed è tempo di tirare le somme.
A journey through the underground world of rock & roll of the Italian province.
Following three music bands from the region of Friuli, in the North East of Italy, striving for success, the director finds a world of passions, dreams and endless hopes.
We move up to London, where we meet up with other up-and-coming bands, and then visit the Italian MEI, the Meeting of Independent Labels. Following the Italian bands, trying to promote themselves, we get to know famous musicians and producers who tell us what you really need to make it big in the music industry.
After a year the journey ends, and back in Friuli the bands look back to their experiences.
